Transaction Announcement
An investment for a cleaner and better automotive technology

January 14, 2011 - AEI Fisker Investments 3B, LLC. United States, has invested in Fisker Automotive, Inc.

Leox AB has raised the capital in Sweden to the investment fund AEI Fisker Investments 3B, LLC.

California-based Fisker Automotive is a premium plug-in hybrid electric vehicle manufacturer with a mission to redefine the luxury automobile with an unwavering dedication to sustainability.

The concept was created between two independent companies who clearly wanted to make a difference in not only the automotive industry, but to the environment as well. Fisker Coachbuild, LLC and Quantum Technologies announced this joint venture partnership in September 2007. Fisker Coachbuild will provide exclusive design services for Fisker Automotive while Quantum Technologies (QTWW – a publicly traded company) will provide the latest technological advancements. Each car will feature cutting-edge plug-in hybrid penned as Q DRIVE exclusively for all Fisker Automotive vehicles. Fisker Automotive strives to be a serious environmental alternative to other premium performance luxury cars on the road today. Fisker Automotive will be the first company in the world to have this type of a car on the road – a beautiful fast car that makes environmental sense. Initial production of Fisker’s first car, The Karma, is anticipated to be 15,000 vehicles annually with pricing to start at $95,900.

Fisker has reportedly raised more than $1 billion from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Palo Alto Investors, Qatar Investment Authority, US Department of Energy, and Advanced Equities Financial. The Company is "prepared for an IPO," after the launch of its Karma model of car in 2011, according to CEO Henrik Fisker. The initial model plug-in electric car will be built in Finland at the same Valmet Automotive plant that assembles some Porsche models. The company also plans to introduce lower priced hybrid vehicles in the $40,000 range, to be produced at GM's former Boxwood plant in Delaware starting in 2012.
